Congrats! You just proved that you know how an internal combustion engine works. I think you and rocks should start a DIY thread on how to custom fabricate an engine block out of JB weld and silly putty.

Then you should pick up the latest issue of Mustang 5.0 (?) there's a guy in there that built a turbo system for his 'stang using a John Deere turbo off a broken down tractor behind his barn. You should find it a good read.

yea this is a terrible dyno. My stock revup dyno looked a little better lol. Get that thing tuned and use better gas . I think the compression is the key here , obviously its way to low for NA use to get anything out of it. I guess the nismo cams would have to be the NA descion there the only ones i seen to make power. But in your case its the compression that maybey nulling all hope for the cams.

guys, do you understand what you are doing/saying, you are posting up a dyno graph and making tons of excuses for it, this is why everyone has a problem with it. if you want to post up a dyno graph, go to a dynojet and put down some halfway respectable numbers AFTER your tune so people will see your point.

with no pre dyno graph, its kinda pointless, plus the dyno doesnt need to be loaded on a NA car to get higher numbers. it would read lower numbers if it was loaded properly. this load WILL in return get your turbo car to make more boost like it is designed to do.

im sure todds motor is top notch, but the dyno graph here with all the excuses on why it should read higher is not really doing any justice..

plus the difference in octane prices will be about 20 cents a gallon, on a full tank fill up, well thats under 4 dollars. just put 93 in it please, its better burning/ cleaner gas...

Werd, i think just clear mind and some honest tuning you will make better results this was indeed probably not expected. So the flames from the public will come . But hey thats not saying you cant make more power. Just you probably havent harnessed it properly yet . Well from the dyno its obvious.

Rocks go to a different dyno the guy doesn't know how to set up a mustang dyno. If he had a problem with it he should never have run your car. Please put in high test like your supposed to that is the way the car was designed. Read your owners manuel. See recomended fuel section.

I would love to see a stock CR revup with bolt-on's dyno with the same cams. Hey rocks, mind if I borrow the cams for a little while? lol

With it fully tuned it should make 5-10whp less than a than a stock compression revup, with the same mods. Sure ill let you borrow them if you take them out and put in new valvetrain for me so i dont have to do it this summer. I should of got something better than the jwt stuff.

Nobody else makes cams for the REVUP's.

maybe you should trade the JWT cams for more excuses... you might get a better dyno reading that way.

LMAO, all your posts are speculation. Stop talking about it, go tune it and bring back a Dynojet number. FWIW Ive seen Revups here (2 of my friends) do over 270whp on a DJ with bolt-ons and a stock ECU, you wont be any where near that tuned and with cams and headers.

Bottom line:you have a low compression FI block, it wont be impressive in any way NA-stop kidding yourself

Probably the best way to describe this thread...

"What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."
