gauges. HELP

Hi what does the middle gauge mean on the console. The one with 60 120 and PSI under it. im having problems with it, the needle is stuck all the way at 120 and does not move at all when driving.

isnt there a name on the lower half of your guage? thats your oil pressure psi.
