Default 03 350 Power Loss

Lately I've noticed my 350 feels like its losing power through the gears. I feel a loss of torque when I gas it. When I shift gears my rpms drop slightly then it catches up again. Does any one know what this means or is this normal for putting 80,000 miles on it? Do I need a new clutch or a tune up or what some advice would be appreciated.

Your RPMs are supposed to drop some when you shift.

With that said... when was the last time you did a tune-up? Compression test? Basic regular maintenance? If you needed a new clutch, the RPMs would rise but the car would go no where while in gear and giving it gas, so it's not a slipping clutch.
