God these cars seem to have more problems...
But yes it sounds like a cylinder / pump issue.
Shouldnt be in the shop seriously for more than a day if they have the parts in stock

Same thing happened to my 07:

Ur gonan end up with a new cluth assembly. Only problem is parts might not be availible. With this one, go to the dealership and let them see it. Then call 1800nissan1 right after to let them know of this problem.

I too have a similar issue with my 04' touring. After driving awhile in warm weather or stop-and-go traffic my clutch pedal sticks about half way to the floor. The engagement point is slightly lower and I don't spin the clutch under hard acceleration. I can put my foot under the pedal and pop it back up but the next time I engage the clutch the pedal sticks again.
Clutch cylinder is full and i don't think it is a bubble as the clutch works great nearly all of the time, just has issues when it is warm or lots of stop-and-go. Maybe I'm approaching the boiling point of the clutch fluid?
Curious to know what the fix is. I'm going in for my 30k service and gas filler fix soon so I'll mention it and see what the dealer says. They'll probably blame gremlins or Brittney Spears as usual.

ok so i call the dealership this morning. they are the biggest as$ holes. just because im 20 years old they dont take me seriously. they go "yea we will send a flat bed". no eta. they just took down my adress. they didnt even take my phone #. so then i call nissan north america corperate headquaters. and some lady answers the phone and she can barely speak english. i had to ask her what she said like 3 time every time she said a sentance. no one from nissan seems to care that i just spent 30K for a car and it doesnt even work. and the fact that i dont have a car to drive right now i really pissing me off. no one montioned anything about a rental. sorry i had to vent, im sick of being treated like crap just because im young. should i be getting a rental when they pick up my car?

Well, I'm new to this board because of this infamous Clutch sticking to the floor issue.
I took my wife's '03 into the dealer today, and they said it's only a burned up clutch - at 30K miles. and that tiis is the life expectancy of the clutch.
I reminded him that my issues were of the pedal sticking to the floor. But they said it's because of the clutch being worn out.
BULL****!!!
He said he would get with his regional manager to see if there was anything he could do.
DOES ANYONE HAVE A QUICK SOLUTION TO GETTING THIS THING FIXED BY THE DEALERSHIP UNDER WARRANTY?
Thanks,
Dale

Switch to ss line and replace clutch fluid w/ high performance fluid like motul, then check clutch master cylinder. 1 hour of labor and like $65 worth of parts--fixing clutch stickiness and burning clutch fluid causing clutch pedal to stick to the floor after a couple of burnouts=priceless.
