That strut bar is absolutely beautiful. Wow. I don't suppose you could weigh it against the stock one before you install it? I'd be curious.
On a side note, how hard would it be for ARC to just have someone with better english skills proof-read what they write before they put it on a plaque? I understand some people think the "engrish" is cool and makes it seem more "jdm", but if I sold a product in Japan that translated as poorly as that does into english- I'd be embarrassed. Oh well, it's the "ARC" printed that will no doubt win style points at a car show, not the rest of the script.

Anybody try this?

Last night's install was a nice change of pace compared to the other installs. I wish I would have kept the instruction manual so I could take a picture of the instructions for you guys. Mind you, the manual was about 4 or 5 pages long and the last page is where the instructions were at. They went something like this:
1. Uninstall factory strut bar for front.
2. Install strut bar.
I was able to shoot a few photos this morning. Jason from Prestige Motorsports will have the body kit painted by tonight and ready for pick-up. I'm going to install the kit tonight after work. I'll post a few teaser pics after I'm done. Next week I'll try to get a professional photo shoot in with Chris Reeno if weather permits, then post some nicer pics for you guys..

Damn nice engine bay
If any black plastic/rubber needs to get cleaned in your engine bay I recommend meguiar's (detailer line) hyper dressing... nothing else looks like it
Edit: DUDE you need some hawt hood shocks now... I think THE TECH might sell them... get rid of that ugly black bent rod thing

Hood shocks, that is one thing I've never looked into. I'll do a search and see what they look like. Thanks for the info...

Last night I picked up some 6 qts. of Mobile 1 0w-40 and the K&N HP1008 filer. The K&N was the same diameter as my previous filer that fit on the OEM location and threaded on wobbly also. In the end though, when I tightened it down all the way. It provided a good seal that did not leak.
In the picture below you can see(yellow arrow) the gap I was concerned with. The rubber seal on the filter sits right on the edge of the inner lip of the ARC mount.

Since you bumped it, ever think about tucking the cooling in between the bumper and the support? I thought it looked cleaner that way. Airbox is for sale btw
