Smoke during drag run from an 07
So this maybe a stupid question, but i couldn't find a definitive answer after searching. Took my 07 to Englishtown today for the first time and filmed the first pass. When i got home tonight and looked at the run i noticed a little white/grey colored smoke come out of the exhaust right before I passed the 1/4 point and then go away. Is this a normal occurance during hard acceleration? Thanks for any input.
P.S. Track conditions were 71 degrees with no humidity. RPM's were at roughly 7200.

You were probably just running a little rich... I also have the fujitas and got the same result on a dyno at around the same RPM.... We need a tune for our HRs!!!
BTW... What time/trap speed did you run the 1/4 in?

All in good time. Thanks for the response.
i had problems with grip. i think it was a bit too cold(high 40's-low 50's) and i also think i was launching way to high(between 3500-4000rpms) . the best i did my first time was 14.1 which is slow i know, but now that i have become more comfortable with the car and with the shifting I am looking forward to heading back to the strip this year and working on my times.
