I noticed on the TSB, Infiniti has it for 07’s and it targets specific VIN’s and MFG dates. What’s with that?

Thought a UOA with proof of my VQ being defective with blow-by, etc would help with my case.
Along with 350Z TSB too for the BBB, FTC, Attorney General, etc.
I noticed that too about the vin's. Maybe that vin number ends with production date of 5-29-07.
But I wonder if Infiniti still built 07 6mt coupes after that date and if they did, what VQ did they use after that cut-off date for this TSB...hmmm interesting.
