Default Power loss and gain!

Does anybody know what's wrong with my car I'm pretty sure someone in here has had the same thing happen to them. Ok, I know cars are suppose to run better in cold weather but for some reason mine lags, I gun it and then like 3secs later it takes off. But last week for a few days I felt my car very different I would gun it and damn she would take off right on the spot, it was like the power was there. I love that pull and responsiveness! It lasted like 3 days that way and now it's back to slow mode. Does anyone know why this happens?

to get to the spark plugs, you gotta take out the valve covers right? right by the cams?

try cleaning air filter, maf and reset ECU... of course if you don't have a tune that is part of the problem

Thank you all for your info, I'm going to try to clean my throttle today and the MAF. Hopefully I get my power back, it feels so sweet when it pulls you back, makes me want to get a twin set up, sadly I don't have the cash for that right now.
