I go to school for 25 years to learn how to put busted up people back together and I get e-mails and PM's asking me what tire dressing they should use or if they should put Z-5 on before they put on Z-2! (you should by the way, but that is just MY opinion )

Oh yes, 32 layers of Zaino and holding!
He he! OK Doc, how bout a medical question. When you tear ligaments and cartelage in say your ankle or foot, and I mean tear it completely from bone matter, is the damage permanent and just heals with scar tissue or just heals somewhere before 100%? And if you have tore ligament and such a couple of times in the same ankle real bad will you get arthritus or something later on in the years? I have done this at least twice to my right ankle real bad. I am just getting over the last time from when i did it several months ago. Man, talk about pain!!! Torture me like that and I'll tell you everything you want to know, like how much HP does a duel borla provide.

Default Borla + Borla Headrers + highest octne

just might get the 25HP
I bought my Borla Dual for the Borla sound to set my car apart from the average. aditional HP is welcome though. I usually get there ahead of the pack no matter what I drive anyway. As for the turbos & blowers keep in mind this engine is not designed for them at least in current spec. Too much compression & stroke.
I'm gonna put my Borla on soon as it stops raining here on the east coast...that seems to be never?/! damit!

Throb: When you get a grade III sprain (complete tear) there should be a period of immobilization followed shortly afterwards by range of motion, then rehab (strengthening). If you don't do this, you set up a chronic instability situation whereby you are forever prone to repeat sprains as you described.

With these injuries, the unstable situation leads to abnormal motion of the ankle (or whatever joint you are talking about) and this will lead to degenerative arthritis down the road.

As far as the healing of the ligament, if it is held in the right place, it heals back to the bone but as stated above, it needs the rehab after it heals to regain function.

If I see a patient with this scenario, I usually try rehab first and then if this doesn't stabilize the ankle we then do a reconstruction procedure. This is not ususally required though as the therapy is usually effective.

Thanks Doc!! Hopefully I didn't tear it completely off. I did not seek medical attention so I don't know. I just stayed off of it and limped around. It was swelled bad at first. At the moment it happend i felt the tear and I felt and heard a little pop. It seems to be healing well now. It took an eternity to get back this good. I now at 90% strength. It was one of those ankle folding under things.

Re: dynos: Hmm... I suppose these guys know what they're talking about, but I just don't see it.

A chassis dyno on the Z seems to be far more consistent than many other cars from run to run. Each run is very close. Yes different runs on different days will give different results, but that's not inconsistency with the car -- the car is benchmark consistent.

Maybe they need to get it off the engine stand and stick it in a car before they dyno. :-)

May have already been mentioned, but IMO you'll see roughly another 5-6+ more HP with an intake. Can't really expect her to exhale better without taking a deeper breath, no?

10-20whp gains are probably typical of this exhaust and will vary based on temperature and elevation.

There is a definite gain across the board and thats got my thumb up.
