Default Bunch of upgrades.....

Ok so i hopefully will be getting a Z soon and had a few things in mind to do to it when i get it. The list includes:
intake
5/16 spacer
catback
testpipes
headers

i priced it out and all of this should run me round 2k

i was planning on installing the mods myself with the help of a few friends and my main question is that after i do these mods do i have to reset the ecu or get an upgraded one or a reflash. i just wanted to know what i accually have to do to make the car run well after the mods.

reflash instead of headers will get you better results for a lower price, unless youre getting some cheap-o headers in which case getting nothing instead of the headers would yield better power.
