Default Who here has PURCHASED the TS ECU????

I have not and will not have a chance to get up to LA for several more weeks and was wondering, from the people who have paid there hard earned $595.00......

What do YOU think?

Do you FEEL the difference? Have you had a chance to dyno?
Whats the butt dyno say? Any knocking? Where are you located? Have you driven it hard when its REALLY HOT outside?

I cannot get one for several weeks (I intend to, regardless of price) and was just looking for feedback.

Thanks!

BTW - If sales are slow wouldn't a group buy for a better cost help sell a large amount and then all the word of mouth advertising (from satisfied customers) could help get TS on the map with an enormous increase in sales???? (just a thought?)

i got mine installed last wednesday. Car pulls very hard all the way to the new redline. And im completely stock. So, with exhaust/intake/headers, i imagine this ecu would make the Z a beast. It pinged a little the day i got it, but they said it woudl be normal. Than, today, it started pinging, but went away, so if it continues, I'll have to have a little chat. But so far, I'm very satisfied with it.

They don't have 93 in California, only 91, for some bizarre reason. Put some 100 in there

Like when the car feels like its choking and backfires?

Very simple solution. Go to Sherwin Williams. Pick up 4 gallons of pure Toluene and add it to 16 gallons of fuel. Boom, no more pinging.

you need to remove it (the ECU) and I am sure it would be easy with some simple instructions that must be posted somewhere on this site (anybody?) and then ship the ECU to TS out here in Cali. They will put their software on it and ship it back to you to re-install it back in your car and then.....

VROOOMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in CA- running 91- ECU has been in for two months and I have not experienced any pinging at all. Temp here in the San Jose area has been 90-100+ daily for a few weeks. I drive the sh*t out of my car with no problems.

Got my 'puter back and reinstalled it. Initial impressions are great. Once past 4000 rpm's it really pulls, all the way to the new 7100 cutoff. Granted I haven't driven the car for a week, but it feels much faster, and in 1st and 2nd gear that 7100 seems to come on really quick. Dynoing tomorrow!

Mine will be back Thursday morning on the Fed-Ex truck.
I have the day off so I'll report in after a day of driving around.

I can't order it until the last Friday of the month, but I have an i/h/e/p and will be getting cams, which will be the last NA mod that I will do. Can't hardly wait.
