transmission dipstick yes or no???

Default transmission dipstick yes or no???

i did not buy a 350 z yet have one on order for sept. delivery and wanted to know if they have a transmission dipstick i heard they dont and wanted to know if this is true. please let me know and if this is true is this a good thing because you can never check level.

Well like most cars, if it's an auotmatic then it will have a dip. Manual Tranny's do not.

Yes and No!

AT dipstick...

Yes in Canada.

No in the U.S.

Nissan must think that American's aren't smart enough to check their own auto trans level.

Interesting that the U.S. and Canadian part numbers are the same. The descriptions and actual parts are different.

so i guess only automatic have dipstick did not know that so manual transmissions dont did not know ok

Really? That is down right weird. Why would they choose to not put a dip in an automatic? I thought all AT's had them. Apparently all but Nissan

probably because they require special nissan fluid and they dont want the wrong stuff going in?

The 5AT in the 350Z is not "Customer Serviceable".

You are provided with an idiot light, which if it comes on, you are instructed to "See your dealer".

Ahh technology.
