It's time for me to change my Z's spark plugs. I would like to know if installing 1 step colder spark plugs on a NA Z will help to improve performance (a little bit .

What are the best spark plugs that I could install on my car???

I used NGK. Not gonna really get a performance gain from different brands from what I understand..... Have fun with the install though, its a blast. Haha..

Should I use NGK iridium LFR5AIX-11 or LFR6AIX-11 (think these one are for forced induction -» one step colder)???

On a stock engine going to a colder plug will actually hurt performance if anything because it's more likely to foul a plug. The colder heat ranges are used for F/I applications or nitrous to prevent detonation. There is no performance gain from a colder plug, you want to run as hot of a plug as you can without detonation.

Use the OEM heat range, go with NGK.
