My 03' Z making skreetching noise every time i turn my wheel and i don't know what it is. the power steering fluid is within normal limits. i did see that the radiator fluid is low so i am going to fill that up. any ideas?

 

You have to describe the noise in more detail. It can be a belt. Or it can be torn CV boots (which are unlikely on our cars). It can be other things too.

 

there are no cv's on the front of a Z

without a video, likely to be one (or more) of your belts, either not tight enough, or on its (their) way out - get it looked at asap before it gets worse and possibly tears

 

90% of the time when i turn my steering wheel it makes a sound like finger nails on a chalk board. started over the last week or so.

I know we don't have them in the front. But I'd have thought we do in the rear? Either way, I was just stating anything from the common belt to an extremity like joints.
