highest reving vq

The British company IES has been making a 3.4 litre VQ based race motor for many years.
It is a short stroke motor, Bore 96.5mm, 77.4mm stroke and has peak HP of 480-500 @ 9500rpm and 310f/lb's of tq @ 7500rpm. This output is achieved with a 44mm inlet restrictor.
The motors were (are) used in ALMS & Grand AM racing.
The current 2010 Formula Renault 3.5 V6 race series motor produced by Solutionf in France, uses a closer to stock VQ35DE based motor. Stock bore & stroke of 95.5 x 81.4 & useing the Nismo high strength steel crankshaft.
Its output is 425BHP @ 8200 with 295 f/lb'sTq @ 7k & a maximum rev limit of 8500
All these figures are @ the crank not rwhp
To the best of my knowlage there is no NA VQ motors running higher revs than these.
AER another English race engine builder lists a high output VQ35 based race motor but I am unable to get the output & rpm details

Call and talk to Fontana Nissan, they have a 450hp NA 350Z, they say its around $50k to build a motor like that. More into about it in the Racing section under Nissans in Redline time attack.

i've had my de to 8500.
supercharger became horribly inefficient aftet 7500 rpms so no point. Here in a few weeks with my new turbo setup it should be good up to 8500. I think hal has his in the high 8k range.
