Still blowing coils...
VQ 240sx swap... had it up and running, tried to hook up tachometer by splicing 240sx tach input to the negative side of a coil. Now the car keeps blowing coils even after I removed splice and I don't know what to do. I replaced all of the coils that were shorting out and now the new ones I put in are blowing. It is not the ecu... I sent that out to have it checked and the ecu is fine. The only code the car has been throwing is the P0300 or w/e, misfire...
I don't know what else to check? I did all the wiring for this swap myself, so I'm comfortable with basic auto electrical, just don't know what next...

There seems to be slight resistance between the igntion power circuit and ground... I suspect this may be the source of my problem?
*This resistance only exists when the ECU is plugged in. However, the ECU is fine, and I also have another working ECU and the same thing happens...
