insanemine is the BOMB! What a customer service! He came met me out at a local hang out and installed the grounding kit on the spot!!! btw I didn't think that just few wires did anything but when he installed it, the car feels better idle and acceleration. Thanks for the install! Hey can you install my Z turn lights next week? This time I will bring the BEERS ( abita )!!!

I purchased a Silver kit for my Z and love it. Dresses the motor nicely. As far as performance I not sure, but there is nothing wrong with grounding the motor. If its good for japan it must be for US. We will be getting one for my dads brick soon.

One suggestion, maybe on your instructions include small pics to go with them. I had to look here to make sure I was doing it right.

I purchased a Silver kit bcak in April for my Z and it's now no longer silver, but burnt brown. At points where the wires are close to something that gets hot, it has severly discolored the wires

Not sure what I should do about it?

Maybe he should give the guys that first purchase the wires a good discount to replace them. IMO.

Just installed my 7 wire Z-xtreme grounding kit on my 04 Z and it was as easy as could be except for two things. First, when it came time to remove the 2 bolts for the hood sensor, I couldn't-there was NO hood sensor, just the two bolt holes where it was suppossed to be. Does anyone know if Nissan screwed-up or does the 04 (build date-July,04) not have one? Second, the grounding point for the 7th wire Auto Tranny) was impossible to find but the was an empty 10mm bolt hole on transmission cover which I used-seems ok.

Hey Insane

I gotta ask, did this kit pay for your Z yet.

I figure you sold 1000 minimum at 40 bucks profit each (minimum).

That is typical of any grounding kit when you get the silver set. DUnno what you can do about it.

Hey All,

It has come to my attention that the '04's don't have a hood sensor!!! The instructions have been updated accordingly.

I replaced Stone Z's kit at cost. It was the least I could do.

Like I have said, you guys have been very good to me this past year. It is only fair that I return the favor.

I haven't sold even near 1000 kits yet... maybe just over half that, actually.

Also, it doesn't seem like my little offer is working out as planned.

I want to give something back... besides a thank you... to everyone who has made this "little" business what it is.

Any suggestions??? Should I just include everyone's name in the drawing??? Would that be fair?

I just installed my kit and it was a 6 wire one. I do have a A/T Z and am wondering what the 7th wire is for.
