Thanks for the link. The one thing I am worried about is the sandwich plate. I hope the HKS charge piping doesn't screw me over. Do you have any pics of the plate installed? You can rotate it 360 right?

It rotates 360 but you have a limited area that it can sit in as there are things in the way/hose considerations.

I also needed a shorter filter stud to delete the OEM oil warmer. It came from an I30 I believe.

The one I am using is from an Infinity.

In searching the part number I see it is on lots of Nissan products.

well considering the infiniti engines are identical to the nissan ones that would be expected. believe thats the same exact part number i got ordering it from a 07 Z so my guess is w/e infiniti you ordered it for has a vq35HR motor, or wouldnt be suprised if the vq37VHR used the same one as well.

hands down oil cooler.

I've ran up to 600hp on my 100% stock cooling system without going over 210* coolant temps on the dyno. Only reason I upgraded my radiator was the deal I got on a mint misimoto radiator. Otherwise I would have left it alone.

Oil cooler on the other hand is almost a must with any turbo system producing power since those turbos will put a considerable amount of heat into that oil.

i bet the oil would break down with no cooler far before the cooling system overheats.
