What do you guys think?
I just got a 2003 Daytona Blue Performance 350Z. I traded in my 2002 stang and went upside down on it for 4g's. The 350Z is awesome compared to my mustang. I know if I free up the air into my engine and out of my engine I should gain some more hp. I have been looking into a lot of CAI and cat-back exhaust systems. I have it narrowed down to the K&N Typhoon short ram intake and Borlas True dual exhaust cat-back system. One of the main reasons I chose these is because of price. Especially the exhaust because Borla's system is going for $720 w/o tax. I figure I will spend about a $1000 all together because I am going to do the work myself. What do you guys think? Any suggestions? By the way the K&N Typhoon claims an increase of 15hp w/o any alterations, but that is probably not at the rear wheels.

exactly...
All the intakes most often used are going to do the same thing on this car by and large...just approach it from different angles. Read the threads, you'll quickly be able to figure out the best one that fits your needs.budget.
Stock Z is blessed with one of the best OEM intakes ever made.........altering it tends to change the sound more than anything else

save a litttle cash and go with the JWT popcharger , although the typhoon may help with the exhaust more, not really sure. I think weve almost come to the conclusion that the JWT is the best in the intake department

Thanks Guys
I live in SD and Jim Wolf shop is only 20minutes away. The funny thing is that the Pop Charger is going for $179.00, but I have found it online for $120. I don't what to do? LOL Should I ask the guys at JMT if they match prices. Probably not. lol ? By the way I already bought the Borla True Dual exhaust system. I think the Stillen is going for a little under $1100. They both claim to be a True Dual exhaust system, but they both still end up going through one muffler. Who figures. Thanks for the response. Talk to you soon.
