Default Aftermarket Engine Shroud

Been looking into the aluminum shrouds that replace the plastic OEM ones under the engine. I was wondering if the clearance was better on these vs the OEM ones? My Z is on coilovers and the OEM one scrapes as it is now, and I'm going really low next week, so was hoping to pick up some better clearance with one of the aftermarket ones. Anyone confirm that they achieve this before I spend $170 smacks on one...

Prob about the same... But the aluminum ones will hold up to the scraping.

Get rid of the drop. Car will look better, the OEM plastic won't drag, and you'll have money for something useful. Win-win-win.

Your OEM one must be sagging, or else alot of other stuff would be hitting the ground as well. I can confirm that the aluminum pieces are a good investment. I've had one for a while now after tearing up the OEM piece.

Ya It is sagging and kind of tore up, just wanted to know if the aluminum ones were worth the cash and would give me extra clearance. Thanks for the input guys...
