Default Clutch replacement

Hi everyone.
Simple question, just purchased a 2004 roadster with 35,000 miles on it and think its time for a to replace clutch. I have already tried to adjust but still clutch engagement is at the very top of the pedal. Maybe a 2 inches left after clutch engagement. No slipping all seems very solid, seems to shift better at a higher rpm say 2800.
So I live out here in Suffolk County Long Island NY. I am looking for a good shop to replace clutch probably with all stock I don't race or anything, just love to drive the car.
If anybody knows of a good shop any info would be appreciated.
Thanks

Look thru the threads and you'll see many of us have this, it's common with our cars. There is a aftermarket pedal assembly that offers true adjustment.

If your clutch isn't slipping, it's fine. Read this thread:

Then, order one here:

This will transform your driving experience. Wouldn't drive my Z without it.
