Default PLZ Help timing chain and tensioners question

So I'm in the process of replacing my oil galley gaskets because of low oil pressure during idle and p011 code.
I noticed that my main guide and upper timing chain tensioner are weird/loose?
I
s the drive side upper chain tensioner supposed to have some slack? passenger side puts a lot of tension , much more than driver side all the oil is drained as of now..
Should I replace upper tensioner or its ok,when it will get oil pressure??
Is the movement on guide normal?

here is a video

Video isn't working. The plastic pieces should be able to move slightly on the metal.

Was leaky oil galley gasket exolain why my driver side upper tensioner wasnt getting any oil pressure and its loose on video? Or its tensioner itself?
Also only code I was getting was P011 passenger side lol not driver

That movement in the plastic is normal. With the engine not running, there may be slack on the slack side of the chain. Once you get the chains off (compress and pin all 3 tensioners before removing them), while holding the cam chain tensioners in your fingers, remove the pin. Should slide in and out smoothly. As long as they do, you're fine. Make sure you replace the two small o-rings. Don't reuse them. Use a dab of grease to hold them in place. If they fall out while reinstalling the cover, you'll get that same code.

I was hoping I wont have to redo the whole timing
Passenger side when squezed down goes back up and puts tension on the small chain, driver side doesnt just stays down and chain has slack like in the video.
The only way to change upper chain tensioners is to diasasemble the timing chains along with vtc gears and all crap right?Rear timing.cover also?
Never heard of them going bad

You already took the chains off and put them back on in that video? Why are your timing marks not lined up correctly? Your cams are also out of position.

No I only took front cover off and main timing chain tensioner...didnt align it because I was only there to change oil galley gaskets and my main chain tensioner
If I have to redo timing chain Ill throw in tensioner back on and align everything before Ill take any chains off

I had low oil pressure,p0011 and rattle on startup which was main tensioner

But then I saw that my upper one seems loose, I dont know it itsnormal or not....since passenger side is pretty solid
I think that since I didnt put engine to TDC one side is loose and another has tesnsion, but Im new to Vq engines I know much more about 4g63 since I had evos most of my life

If you put a 19mm socket on the crank bolt and give it a little turn (with the main tensioner on), that slack on the cam chain should go away.

Yes sir correct thats what I just did...
Im not sure if should I change main chain guide it has front back( toward-away from engine) movement and bolt holding it is tight...I think it should only be able to swing left right for tensioner
BTW I apteciate all your help and guidance.....

It's completely normal. Once the front cover is back on, the tensioner will only pivot left and right.

here is a video
350z timing chain - YouTube
Hey man I did this too and was very concerned about the cam tensioners as mine did exactly like yours did. I replaced them. Still loose. But it's normal since oil pressure keeps tension on them.

Looks normal to me. Replace them if you want for peace of mine as i did, but they look fine.
