Rear end shakes when 350z shifts

Rear end shakes when 350z shifts
So i originally thought the bushings on the rear differential would have caused the rear end shaking when the car changes gears but its still shaking just not as bad anyone have any ideas what could also cause this problem. It only happens during gear change not while driving.
