Default Idle surge on cold start ( video)

this is the link to the video i took this morning after the idle catches no more problems only does this on a cold start every other time i start the car its perfectly normal and has that one squeal that goes away instantly.....

Perfectly normal operation- idle speed partially dependent on outside temps. That squeal is from the rubber accessory belt getting started. Are you seriously worried about this?

im just concerned about the part when it feels like its about die its never done that before.

Need to tighten your belt first...its easy just remove the undertray and the tensioners are right there.
