Default Weird oil leak

Have a 2003 350z and I’m replacing the rear main seal. I have the transmission out and clutch and flywheel off and the rear main seal is leaking. But when I looked up I noticed something else seemed to be leaking a little. It’s above the rear main seal and it look like I can put an Allen wrench on it it but I don’t know what it does or what it’s for and why it’s leaking. Can someone tell what to do? Thanks

Hey, check out the FSM: EM (page 117/118).
I think that is plug 'E' it tells you the torque & what sealant to use.
