Default Oil in intake valves VQ35DE

Oil in intake valves in my vq35de, does it look really bad?
Engine is bone stock, has 106k miles.

My symptoms: 1. Loud hissing from pcv valve (changed hose couse it was cracked, changed pcv valve, didnt helped at all)
2. Sometimes, but not always, when i rev it it produce a little bit of blue smoke (i can see it only if i stand behind a car)

My friends says that's becouse of worn out piston rings or bad valve seals, but can it be something else? Car runs smooth, it have power...

Ps. How much oil consumption do you have on these?

What year is your car?

Hard to decipher what a hissing sound from the PCV is without being there in-person??

Blue smoke is burnt-oil and not a good sign - It could be a few different things

You’re best bet is to do a compression test and a leak-down test. This will be the best way to gauge the health of the engine.

good time to replace the pcv, but this is absolutely normal and the plenum has a drain for this oil built in.. and is why some use a non breather style sealed catch can, but otherwise thsi is not needed and the pictures are normal.

Do not do that if you are boosted or youll run boost thru the can and smoke everything.

That’s really clean, most have much more oil. Any time you have a PCV, you will suck some oil down the intake

How do you feel about my compression test?
For sure my valve seals are not in best shape, after 2 days on startup i can see a little bit of blue smoke from exhaust.

Car runs fine without any problems, im thinking of small rebuild(valve seals, cylinder heads, std piston rings, std connecting rod bearings).

It burns around 0,25-0,3L of oil per 600-620miles (my valve covers are leaking)

Do you think it's worth it?

I’ll bet money it’s the valve seals that are bad
