The Mossy Kit with Cam's , headers all the Crawford stuff then major weight reduction and DR's in back.
Never say never, we are talking stock C5's now though againsy a heavily modified stripped Z with tires.

I think this is incorrect... I raced a 1998 6spd on the interstate the other day, and he got a slight jump; only pulled 1 car on me from 60-110. I know he wasn't in the wrong gear because I could hear the 5.7l LS1 roar. My only mod at that time was U/R pulley (and heavy stereo equipment)... flame away, but this is true. I think an average driver vette could be taken down by a good driver 350z with boltons...

I only wish my procharged Tahoe would keep up

the z is still a pretty quick car, but pretty hard and expensive to make go really fast. the corvettes are really pretty cheap to get alot more power from them. i've got two vettes along with my z and am getting a little frustrated at how hard it is to get more power from these motors, like 500hp for under $10k. one of my vettes is 700hp n/a and the whole motor cost less than $7k.
when ever i take a woopin in the z i run home start the vette and go out lookin for the guy.
