Default Whining tranny after hard driving, why?

My tranny gets a little "whiny" if:
A) Car is driven hard
B) I take a long road trip

Other than that (short trips etc) it doesnt get loud.

But after everytime I drive my car hard....the tranny starts whining during normal downshifting, deacceleration etc..

This also happens after hour or so road trips. I had heard it was because the fluid thins out thus producing more noise. Is this true? Or the tranny gets hot?

This is my 2nd tranny. My 1st tranny did the same thing. When they put the 2nd tranny in I thought it would go away. Didnt.

I had heard this was normal for a lot of cars though (normal for tranny to be louder after tranny gets hot)

Anyone?

found out a bunch of other guys experienced similar things. No big deal. It was more of a nuisance to me than anything. Car is running great
