Looks great, I installed mine 2 weeks ago and dynoed on 4/28 and the gains were significant on both rwhp and rwt. I went with the black also since he had nothing close to Brickyard.
You made right decision on V 5.

Took my car in for an oil change at the dealership....get back into the car and an SES light is on.

So, go back in...say WTF...I hear a really high pitched hiss.

The mechanics hook up the ol computer...get a code that says I have a vaccuum leak.

Turns out one of the top two screws on the plenum backed out a little...just enough to cause a leak! I didn't put lock tight on those...whoops!

Just keep an eye on those bolts if you have any problems!

Default IS The Crawford STB supposed to be loose?

Hey I got the Plenum and Crawford STB also, but my strut bar is loose, is it supposed to be that way? The width of the red part of the strut bar is much smaller than the space in between the black parts of the mounts, so that if you physically grab the bar you can move it back and forth a little, you can't move it side to side, but you can move it back and forth? Doesn't seem right to me.

That definately shouldn't happen. Did you tighten the screws on the strut bar itself? If not, that should fix the problem. Tightening those screw will actually lengthen the bar, which will tighten it up.

Looking good. Everyone's engine bay who has a crawford plenum looks so sweeeet! I don't understand why people would go for anything else...especially with the issues that seem to keep popping up. The crawford is just plain awesome!
