Did you get this figured out? I’m having the same issue. I swapped both my engine harness and engine room harness out from a manual. The other harnesses are dual compatible according to Nissan parts sites. I was able to start the car by hard wiring the fuel pump. The black wire with yellow stripe runs to the IPDM labeled wire 23. This is the reason the car won’t start because it is getting 0v. I’m just not sure where the connection is being severed though.

ik this is an old thread but i just recently finished the swap in my 2003 350z with auto ecu and auto harness.
tapped into my ipdm connector e8 pin 43 into a switched power wire and Z cranks but no start.
ive double checked my wiring and making sure i did it right
double checked cam and crank sensors, all fuses and relays, checked codes and only getting u1000/1001 which ik is normal.
ive disconnected battery and let sit overnight to drain any power left in the system
ive got fuel and all. im assuming my ecu cut spark and i cant figure out why

these 2 videos might help you, I know I've been using them as its very helpful. Idk if you're still trying to figure it out or not.
