Well anyone looking for the shifter cup from a gto, i do have some. I machined out new ones since there discontinued and sikky didnt have anymore.

Has anyone had an issue with sikkys oil pan? My pan was welded in the flange crooked so i couldnt get one of the front cover bolts in. I had to grind down the head of the bolt to get it to bolt down at all. Then before that i had to bend my oil pick up tube about a half inch toward the front of the motor to get the pan to fit correctly. So that just adds to all the prolems i had getting my shifter and having them fix it because the top half of the mounting threads were striped off the shift lever when i got it, there was also brass shavings in the grease of the shifter cup. And, ya cant forget about one of my engine mounts being bolted together with a aluminum shaving stuck between the 2 pieces so that was crooked too. Want another laugh????? I ordered the master cyclinder bracket and hardware, they sent me the tracking number for the package then called me a few days later that they forgot to put everything in the box when they sent it... Yup i got an empty box.... Wow.

Now i need help with how to do the fuel return mod with the part that chasebays sent out? A 90 degree elbow.... And where did anyone run the big vacume line from the brake master cyclinder that comes out on the passenger side above the fuel lines? Also is the nylon braided line that chasebays use for the fuel lines gonna melt being that close to the headers?

Please someone help me out?

ouch!!! lmao wtf! for the fuel line setup, go into more detail, as im using a full custom setup. the vaccuum line from the brake booster should go directly to the back of your manifold.

sidewaysracin - look in my build thread for the answers you need on the fuel line to be set up as returness and for the brake booster setup as well. There are pics and step by step directions as well.

Did you use the allen head bolts for the front? They forgot mine in the package, but I used one I had and one from the shifter assembly.

I did use the allen head bolts, just had to grid the head down to about half the thickness. The fuel system though, i just need to figure out how to modify the fuel pump hanger and sending unit for the return line. Chasebays sent just a 90 degree AN fitting. Thats it. No instructiins about anything.

I assume it's a 90* bulk head fitting, something similar to
http://www.jegs.com/i/Russell/799/66...rentProductId=

If that's what you have (or similar) you'll need to drill a hole just large enough for the fitting to pass through on the top of the pump assembly. The fitting will go in the hole and then you tighten the fitting down from the under side of the pump assembly using the nut that should be provided with the fitting. You may have to clearance some webbing on the underside for the nut to fully tighten down.

Here's an excellent article from CJ Motorsports I used when I did mine. They also have great service support!

Best of luck and I hope that helps!

Oh... I thought you were speaking for setting up your current return system and regulator to run as returnless. I am no help then, sorry.

you need to use the CJM fuel correction kit if you are doing a full return system like i did. sideways here is a pic and info you needed.

Top line going is is the feed to the FPR. This comes from the passenger side bottom fenderwell.

The line coming out on the top is the feed line with inline filter attached that will run to the back side of the passenger side of the fuel rails.

The line coming from the bottom will be for your return in which you will need to have a line run from the tank under the car and to the FPR. You will need to use the CJM fuel correction kit for this as well. You can get the lines and fitting from jegs or summit ect.

As far as the fix for the shifter i didnt fix it sikky actually took my original shifter they gave me apart and updated it with the "new parts" the updated shifter they sent me was going exactly what you are experiencing. This is why i chose to go a different route. As all of my kit works for now id rather not have to continue to have issues.

I can't promise pics since the car is out of the shop now and I'm not a friend with the car owner. But will try.

My car is 08 and I'm not in the US.

Yep he sure was.
He wasn't much help and didn't seem to want to genuinely fix the issue which saddens me

Good info for the fuel setup Logan,, That will help out a lot of people.. I have/will have mine setup just like that also..

On a side note, I really hope my shifter is not ****ed up like yours 04.350z,, If it is I am going to be pissed. But if you work out the issues, I will be hitting you up for sure
