Mine typically runs around 200F on the street. I have yet to make it to the track, hopefully this weekend. And for what it's worth my oil temps typically are 180-190F during normal driving.
Has anyone come up with a fix for the Sikky dip stick popping out issue? This is starting to really **** me off. It has just covered the drivers side of my ....everything.. with oil. This won't do at the track. I'm thinking of just plugging it and keeping the stick in my tool kit.

im just about finish buying everything for my ls1 swap. ive been looking for some pics of the throttle cable setup. or options that i can use for throttle cable
A Lokar adjustable cable or just a factory truck cable. I bought mine for $25 new at the dealer. Then used a stock S13 gas pedal. Minor bending I the pedal and linkage is needed but it bolts right up.
What are you guys spending ballpark on a basic Ls swap? Contemplating Build VQ against Ls however If i build VQ I have to boost. I can do swap and everything myself besides wiring and tuning.
