Okay finally a good update, been kind of crazy over here with the move to the new house and ordering a lot of fittings and hoses. But here we are so lets get this party started.

Lets start this off with a good beer. Since I have put beer a side for a couple of months (I know I'm crazy right) to get my body back into shape. Going to post up some picks from my good friend Drew. he has a Instagram posting nothing but the best crafted beers so check it out.

I begin this update with a little trip to Houston to pick up my built T56 tranny. Got all the good ready for the trip for me and the lil man.

I acquired the transmission from my good friend Evan. He owns D3 Performance Engineering and they do so sick work.. Only the best, they were the ones that tuned the Hennessy lotus. So needless to say they will be the ones that tune my car.

I also purchased some goodies for the T56. Monster Clutch was a no brainier and they were well helpful when deciding which clutch to go with.

Size: 2.36 MB

I went with there 11" clutch with pressure plate and light weight flywheel package.

Love the level of detail; just in making sure the customer package includes everything.

Also picked up my Saiko Michi Dual Catch can..

Love the look of this thing

Okay lets start some installs.. I picked up a new Slave Cylinder. and a backup you never know.

But first I have to switch out the lines for my Chase Bays lines..

Next on the list is to remove this shifter level for a GTO one.

Time to install the catch can since the motor is back in..

Name: IMG_4291_zps6250b6f5.jpg

Size: 56.5 KB

This is how I will route the catch can

I picked up these sick locking bolts for my headers so they will not leak on me.

Name: IMG_4271_zps74fa908a.jpg
Views: 185
Size: 656.6 KB

Now here is a pic of them installed BUT... this one I took a pick of had to be fixed,, as you can see it would not be doing any thing if it was not at the 11 position. But I liked this pick so posting it.....lol

Name: IMG_4181_zps67aa78a5.jpg
Views: 226
Size: 2.21 MB

While I was waiting on hoses and fittings. George sent me the kit we have been working on for the dual caliper setup. This thing is top notch..

Name: IMG_4182_zpsc7689f2f.jpg
Views: 226
Size: 2.08 MB

Bracket bolts to your hub and actually pushes your wheel out another 4mm. So def have to take note of that when getting my 18s for drifting.

Name: IMG_4183_zps9fd9376c.jpg
Views: 190
Size: 2.00 MB

Everything is included

Name: IMG_4184_zps1b4d97b2.jpg
Views: 194
Size: 1.77 MB

Name: IMG_4185_zpsed13a624.jpg
Views: 235
Size: 2.21 MB

So these are going to go into production soon but George sent out a small batch to some people for testing. Once that is all said and done he will start selling them like he does the S13/S14 brackets on zilvia

Name: IMG_4204_zps78381484.jpg
Views: 277
Size: 2.36 MB

So for now I will only be using the OEM iron calipers.. Still bouncing around which calipers I want to run.

Name: IMG_4205_zpsa214ea1f.jpg
Views: 242
Size: 2.00 MB

Hub removed

Name: IMG_4206_zps1c06b3b7.jpg
Views: 199
Size: 2.03 MB

Sorry to say but you will loose the OEM e-brake with this setup. But he is working on another kit to keep it. But for me BecauseRaceCar...lol

Name: IMG_4210_zps5d223d07.jpg
Views: 237
Size: 2.22 MB

install bracket

BAM installed and ready to rock..

Name: IMG_4193_zpsb4f51697.jpg
Views: 232
Size: 751.9 KB

So while I was still waiting for some parts.. Lets mount some tires
Wheel specs are 19x11 0 19x13-20.. Now these are not my drifting wheels just marketing wheels.. So might be selling them after photo shoot.

I will tell you what, I started reading this thread about a week ago. I figured surely he has finished this project. After a couple of sittings trying to read through it I found out your still working on it. I am glad I get to witness this truly badass masterpiece being finished. Awesome work, inspiring!! Can't wait for the results!

Definitely build a plate to cover the fuel lines i utilized the factory hard line and added a new hard line when i went to a return system vs using braided line seemed more oem and safer in my eyes and i used braided lines to go from the hard line to the different areas of the system. looks great if your belt doesn't squeak when you start her up pm me a mod list for your accessory driveline

Braided should be safer than hardline since it will be less affected by impact. I ran my braided line on my Z just like Royal T and we do in our Porsche as well with zero issue.

Well that being said the braided lines are much larger in diameter so less clearance.

The stock lines are protected by the frame rail

That being said your are also right on them being affected by a impact

Let me ask you something how did you remove the OEM lines from the damn fuel tank. there is one section I could not remove because of the gas tank so said **** it and left a bout a 3-5" line there.

I totally agree with you. I know I should be fine but since I run a little lower then most I think I might just at a skid plate just for my comfort.. doesn't hurt
