8x15 5.5 offset rims with 275/60s and a new rad with out the messed up core

All welded up and pressure tested to 20psi.
Allso got the new fuel filter installed and moved the fpr.

Thanks. Im hoping to get it all together this weekend and do a test drive if all is fine, i will set up a appointment to get it tuned.

Took the car out a few times this last weekned trying to keep the boost down to wg spring only 14lbs ,the lowest i can keep it down to constantly is 20lbs so looks like my low boost will be 20lbs .

So went to the dyno today spent 7 hours there had a few wire or ecu gremlins that i have to track down but i did solve my over boosting/ not boost control. At 11psi base gate pressure it made 443hp . Maxed out my boost solenoid at 24 psi it made 638hp 519tq. Once the wiring gremlins are sorted i will go back and with a bigger base spring for the gate and turn it up. Still lots of power left on the table

yea once get all the little things fixed i will go back and add the rest of the boost in maybe 16psi more

Is 40psi worth it according to your comprosser map? Is your FMIC big enough to handle the extra heat created by the extra boost?
