Mazworx | VQ/VR Sleeved & Built Engines
We here at Mazworx are world renowned for our huge horsepower SR20's. We have now branched out to create the best engine program for the VQ/VR engines. We are a fully capable machine & fabrication shop located in Orlando, FL. Utilizing our CNC machine capabilites, we can ensure you will always get the best quality work from us.
As to welcome ourselves into the my350z forum and to the members, we will start by offering our sleeved engine, ready for assembly package.
In this package, you will need to send us your block. We will prepare the block by de-plugging all the oil/water passages, hot tank, blast, hot tank the block. Then using our cnc machine, we will machine your block to perfect tolerances for the sleeve install. Once we install the sleeves, we will bore and hone using our billet torque plate to your piston specifications. We will also provide our proven "step deck" process to ensure proper gasket sealing under extreme boost conditions. Next we will install ARP main studs and do a proper line hone on the engine to make sure you have the perfect bearing clearances. After all the machining is complete, we will install all new freeze plugs into the engine, and properly measure the engine completely so when you get it back, all you have to do is install your rotating assembly. If you do not feel like installing your rotating assembly, we can do that for you also. Here below revised is the list of products and services included in the prepped block.

Clean r/r oil ports
Sleeve install
Bore/Hone Cylinders w/torque plate
Resize Line Bore
Step Deck block.
Price for this block (does not include core charge) is $3029.00 for all VQ engines.
If you require a fully assembled block or engine, we can provide the services also.
