Make sure you buy the resistors to match or your lights will blink triple fast which will really get tiring after awhile.
I figure when I get done with the window tinting, no front plate, test pipes, twin-turbos and non-DOT approved lights that if the cops pull me over I'll just have to buy a new compliant car to fix the tickets that will come.
I've never been one to enjoy the law.

ECE specs???
I have swapped out the 50w lights for 100w ones which is illegal. I've done this on every car hi-beams I've owned since 1980 ... haven't been stopped yet. Nobody in Calfornia actually uses high-beams ... they either just drive around with their low-beams or high-beams all the time and never switch them on or off.

I got the Halogen high-beam lights at www.autohalogen.com
I get my LED's from either www.SuperBrightLEDs.com or www.autolumination.com
When standing next to the car it's much harder to see the blue tint of the Halogen lamp's cover than when you're down level with them like the picture.

In CA, the front turn signals can be amber or white. The rears must be red or amber.
24953. (a) Any turn signal system used to give a signal of intention to turn right or left shall project a flashing white or amber light visible to the front and a flashing red or amber light visible to the rear.

Hey by any chance would you know how to get to the rear blinker lights? the person who had my car be4 me put clear/bluish bulbs in and i have been pulled over for it already, i have some of those silver coated amber bulbs but i have no idea how to get into the back... Also you can get to the blinkers in the front from that same light pod where you changed out your hi-beams right? Thanks in advance!
