I still have to adjust the latch a little and thanks to my Z brothers I know how to. Juswt wondering if I have to take the front bumper off to do it? So do I have to wax this thing more than normal? Thanks again fella's!

I am really interested in this same hood but I do not want to have to use hood pins. If I have to use pins, I don't want it.

LOL nice to see someone else claimed my car as theirs on that zmodified site. Bad enough it was up for auction on ebay 3 times without my knowledge.
p.s. about the 100+ miles comment is that true for all cf hoods. Are they that much lighter than stock that you really have to get pins for fast drving or is there a non-weight related reason. Because if so that sucks =[

Well then why doesnt a stock Z have pins? Doesnt make sense to me that if you put on a potenitally heavier hood that fits right you need another method to secure it. The latch is no different. I mean of course you'll have probs if a hood isnt secure at those speeds i just dont see why it wouldnt be the say at the oem setup
