yeah, it is uneven, like i said i ran out of LED's. tomorrow i gotta get some more. i think i need around 20 SMALL LED's total. i only used about 12 for this setup. i'll obviously add some more when i get some time. it took me HOURS!

haha yeah it was alot more work then i thought it was going to be! but i plan on doing the radio and other gauges. (i checked out the others and thier WAY easier. it was not a bulb you replace. you have to block out the yellow lighting and put in SMALL blue LED's with VERY limited space. then wire it to the ignition. i'll do a writeup when i get some more time. (probably when i add more LED's) that way i can take pics of the installation

dude, trust me i say this, you need about 50 small surfaced mount leds. you should be using PLCC or PLCC2 packaging. the light is very uneven. i hope you're not using the stock gauge faces. they have an amber film on the back that will cut down light, and change the hue.

Hmm i dunno i like the stock orange. I had the same color in my BMW. My friends passat had the blue gauges and it messed with my eyes at night. Def. a time consuming mod, i give you props for going through with it.

I would very much appreciate the write up DIY. I currently have blue interior LEDs under the dash. They are activated by a switch next to the TCS. This would match them great. Thanks in advance
