I agree with the vinyl recommendation vs. airbrush...unless you are going for show quality work.
Any local sign shop should be able to take any hi-res image and inkjet it on a clear vinyl overlay. National chains like FastSigns and SignsNow come to mind.
there is also a niche market of specialty shops that do just vehicle/fleet graphics. They might cost a bit more, but will net a higher quality result.
