New Z needs new parking lights
Hey everybody, first i'm proud to say my wife just purchased a wonderful new 2006 350Z touring, black on black. she runs circles around my hemi jeep...but i'm sure you all knew that. (I can still out tow her)
Shes gone for the weekend (just me and the Z) and I can't resist getting a few things done on the car. The windows got tinted first....amazing difference. clearbra installed. nice wash and wax. and of course a few mp3 cd's to keep that bose system full. I have been drooling alot.
My question...the zenon headlights are great, i don't think i'll ever go back. however...the parking lights below are not a match, the color is wrong and it takes away from the look of the car at night.
This might be a premature thread because I havn't tried to get in there yet...but the manual says that that bulb should be replaced by a dealer. I'm a very handy guy...can this really be that hard to replace? and anybody have an preference for small(but important) t10 bulbs?
Let me know...i wana have it looking nice for her return.

Havent yet found a great bulb to replace it with but its definately a diy job. If you jack up the front and remove the front part of the plastic fenderwell liner you have easy access to the bulbs. Untwist the plastic fastener, replace the bulb, twist it back in and replace the screws/plastic fastener on the wheel well liner.

This thread shows you how to get into the headlights - the parking lights are in the same housing.
