the 1/2 kit is the best. i had the hood with mine and also the optional rear wing that i had removed very quickly.

the full kit is nice just a bit ricey to me. the 1/2 kit to me is much more smooth looking. Here is what mine looked like before i crashed it...









$hit.....ive just made up my mind....im going to get me another one...seeing these pics brings back alot of memorys....

go to http://www.ings-net.com/ and the 1st z you see has that kit. i think its ugly.

ZRAYGO, that rear looks sick man. How are the sides? did u scrape alot? thats what im worried about. i wonder if the ings n spec sides would be better.

the only thing that scraped was the front. i thoink i went through at least 3 front lips. had to replace it at least 3 times before i shaved them down at least 10-20 times. and then repainted. the kit doesnt look good unless the ride is slammed.

i had it custom made 3.5in pipe all the way back. loud as *****..until the tt hit...then the **** was silent...like a jet plane....ma-phukas didnt know what hit-em...cant remember the name of the company that built my exhaust. they are located in Sante, California. If I find the name, i will let you know. but that **** was sick...

(hopefully i didnt hijack this thread)

m you could have bought the z off the showroom floor with the kit added as an option. The ings kit is by far the best looking kit out there....hands down...

Don't worry, you're not hijacking. After all, you and Patrick (gt3) were the ones who had me convinced to get this kit. Because when the kit was first released by ings, nobody had it at all and I remember that you and Patrick were like the first to buy the REAL authentic kit and post pix of it.

And your last comment is correct--looks like you could buy the kit is a factory option

Does anyone know if the rear and the sideskirts need double-sided tape when installed? Also are the sideskirts an entire replacement and not added on to the existing stock sides?

the rear and front can used two sided tape or urethane along with screws to hold them in place. The sides are full replacements
