Default 350Z LED clear reflectors

Would these work on the Z they say they work for the Z and the G35. I just wanted to know if that was correct?

Thanks

Pretty sure this is just for a set of bulbs, not the actual clear reflectors.

make sure you use voltage regulators on any LED application. If you don't you'll be replacing them every 3 months tops!

where to begin...

for starters, the price is highway robbery.

check out www.autolumination.com or www.superbrightleds.com or about a million other places that sell the same chinese made bulbs that cost $.02 per bulb(lol think Im joking? if I was willing to place a 2000$ order, thats the price direct from hong kong)

moving on; the clear reflector in the G35 uses a 194 bulb; which of course does nothing for the un-lit 350z reflectors.

it does fit as the parking bulb and liscense plate bulb.

it is just quite interesting that half way down this page
http://autolumination.com/194.htm
you will see a 6led 194 bulb for 4.99 each. a full 50% of the ebay price.

and of course, buyer beware. the bulbs are 2cents for good reason. they are overdriven and under made. they tend to fail very quickly for LEDs that should last no less than 100 YEARS(or atleast the lifetime of the car one could hope) of typical use if manufacturered correctly.

hopefully Im not being overly negative, just stating the facts.

so as to not be a total downer, I will suggest you look into piaa bulbs. they are made to much higher standards.

these are new I believe(and rather expensive), no personal experience with them

or what I had always seen used previously; and a bit more reasonable

I can't believe PIAA makes one of the LED 194 bulbs for like $200 a pair?! I saw it in a catalog somewhere.

Autolumination.com is a good place to get bulbs from.

any led made for 12v will not last. The reason why is because when your car is driving, your alternator outputs 13.8-15V. This causes the leds and resistors to burn out. The solution is to go to a local radio shack and use 12v voltage regulators. Don't matter what your system is outputing, you will always send 12v to your leds.

Case solved. I had ebay hong kong leds for over a year and not one burned out led. I drive a lot of long distance and after 3-4 hours of constant driving, your voltage can get as high as 15V.
