That's odd.. my left one hangs a little low.

It may be as simple as needing to get them adjusted but take it to the dealer. Being a new car they should be happy to help and make sure there's no other issue.

There suposed to be that was as to not blind on coming traffic.

edit: nm just saw you said right not left was lower. If you dont have time to take it in adjust it yourself its a simple thing to do.

Look in the manual and it will tell you how to adjust it. It's a piece of cake.

Right hand as if your looking at your car from the outside looking at the front of your car, or from when your sitting in your car?

Best way to describe it is either passenger or drivers headlight....

If its the drivers headlight its suppose to be a little lower. As another member pointed out, its to keep from blinding on coming traffic.

I too think you mean left headlight (driver's). Yes, that is meant to be pointed a bit down here in NA since we drive on the right side of the street.

i dont honestly think it u can see it from pics due to glare and stuff. but numerous people have told me that the passenger is lower than the driver headlight, and ive seen it from far away and the passenger side does look lower...

It takes a special tool but a thin long flathead screwdriver will do. You'll need a wall or closed garage door at night to level them.
