Ok, so by your definition the first company to make something (whatever it happens to be) is authentic and any company that makes anything even remotely similar to what the first company made is a replica and by your definition replica parts are is supposed to fit poorly, or not at all. Glad we gt that cleared up.

Just out of curiousity, how is it that Top Secret was able to make that hood with the vents and it does fit on the car? Or do you need to cut up the Top Secret hood too, or is it the car that you need to cut up? If the TS hood is a "Replica" of the Top Secret hood, shouldn't it fit similarly?

So if someone makes aftermarket mirrors and they bear any resemblance to the Ganador mirrors you speak of and they happen to be cheaper, I should expect that they will not fit on the car because they are replicas and aren't supposed to fit?

 

The Seibon TS is not a copy of a Top Secret hood btw. Top Secret never made a hood like that for the Z.
