Are all aftermarket side skirts....
No, all aftermarket full sideskirts are direct bolt-on replacement. I would only put Nismo skirts in the category where you pop the old ones off and pop the new ones on in exactly the same manor (and only the USDM ones at that). Others may require drilling/screwing and/or some fitment work with the fiberglass, depending on brand, quality, etc.
I think you need to edit your post.
and I would like to know how many include the mounting points for the bodyclips. my jdm replicas have nothing and I am trying to figure out the best way to get them on.

just to revive this. what do you mean screwed on?
I was told that they have to be riveted on and then sanded. has anyone mounted them differently? build up the clip mounting points on the back etc?

some of them r meants 2 be glued on to the factory sides, like my trial setup. but me being the genius i am, decided 2 mold them on the factory doorsill. pain in the *** lol
I have the Ings sides and to get them on you remove the old sides and make holes and bolt these on.
Anyone have any pictures of their replacement sides bolted on? It seems like you would be able to see the bolts/screws when you open the door.
