sure, if you don't like paint and if you want to destroy it. use dental floss.

As much as I wanted to stay out of this convo this "sarcastic" comment is placed ina very wrong time. If the OP is really a newb and actually try to use brake fluid it would be a disaster!

Use goo-off. Don't use Brake Fluid unless you want a new paint job!

i used a blow dryer and some floss to take off my 350z sign. its easier with 2 ppl (one on floss and one holding blow dryer). but just heat it up and run the floss underneath. as far as the nissan badge im not sure what the best way to go about that is.

hey, he suggested paint thinner and gasoline. I was hoping the would let him know it was a sarcastic comment.

kerosene is a good cleaner, i hear thats what they put in bug/tar removers.
The second part was aluding to the fact that theres a bunch of threads that discuss the removal of these emblems. Its obvious he didnt search and didnt pay any attention to THE BIG BOLD LETTERS before he started a new thread.

wait, is the nissan badge just a stick on? are there any drill holes? cuz if there is i wouldn't want to spend the money filling it and sanding it and painting it.

yep, theres 2 holes behind the nissan badge. The tk emblem covers them, the z from the 350z can cover them if you invert them. The z from the kickplates/strutbar cover can cover them as well.

People could utilize search, they just choose not to.

Also, keep in mind the roadster has no holes... and I also think '05+ has no holes.. but I cannot confirm that. All I know is that my '03 has holes, but it's being shaved @ the bodyshop as we speak.
