Is it possible to install 3 or 4 point harness without installing additional hardware?

if you want it to be a true safety device, then no. otherwise you take your own life at risk if you actually try and use this improperly. the way you are desscribing would be for show use only.

Thank you.
Cant you use existing OEM belt mounting points?
The only thing is where do I mount top point of the harness?
I dont assume the rear strut bar is an option?

You can mount the harnesses to your rear strut bar.
