Default West Covina Nissan Fixed my Headlight problem!

As some of you know, I recently painted my 06 headlights black, and once I re-installed them, my lights seemed to project 50% less light. I couldnt figure out what was going on for the life of me.

I took my car into West covina Nissan and worked with service advisor Harry. Not only did they fix the problem on the spot, they didnt charge me for it. I was completely floored when he told me my lights are fixed and its free of charge! Performance was going to charge me over $400 to replace and install ONE single headlight bulb.

The main thing is that West Covina Nissan took in my car that I didnt even purchase from them, and where totally aware that I myself messed with my bulbs and caused the problem, yet they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

West covina Nissan 100000000% gained my respect and my future business.

here is my Z at WCN:

your car is very clean...the Nismo V2 is really growing on me...

+1 for WCN....I find Performance NIssan to be run by a bunch of monkeys and crooks lately...

I thought the Benz dealership was good, but West Covina Nissan is 10x better.

When I called West Covina Nissan, I told them that I broke one of my bulbs when I painted my lights, and that I need a new one. They could have EASILY sold me a new bulb and installation, but instead Harry told me to just bring it in and he will take care of it. The point is, is that they were honest, when they could have EASILY made a couple hundred bucks off me. I highly suggest that if you are in Southern California, make the drive to go to this dealership, its well worth it

I'd like to add that they have the CHEAPEST parts on NISMO and OEM Nissan. The customer service is through the roof... even though I've only bought parts, there's an aura that they really give a crap about you, unlike the MAJORITY of the vendors/dealers out there.
