Default 06 Question install clear bumper reflectors

Any 2006 owners install the clear bumper reflectors?
I'd like to know if the front bumper removal is necessary,
or were you able to install without removal?
I have a pair I want to put on, but I'm not sure
if I have to remove the whole bumper or not.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

No, you do not have to remove the bumper. You can go through the wheel wells. Drivers side is a snap the passenger can be a bit tricky due to the washer fluid tank.

Possible without removing the front bumper. Slighlty awkward to do so, but definately do-able

I don't know how different the process is on an '06, if at all (besides the reflector itself being larger), but I just installed them on my '04. I've heard everyone say "its possible, but really difficult on the passenger side." Which is true....however I think you'd spend more time trying to figure out how to use a damn screwdriver in there than just taking off the front bumper. The washer fluid box is very much in the way - moreso than I thought from peoples' posts on here.

I didn't take the whole thing off, but I ended up unscrewing most of the passenger half of the bumper. then I just pulled it forward a little bit so I could reach in from above, and unscrew the reflector. I'd be prepared to do this. I went in thinking I was leaving the bumper 100% in place...not gonna happen, LOL.

All in all, took me 1-2 hours.

Driver's side then took 1-2 minutes...only have to take off 2 screws to open the wheel well.

For the passenger side I used a short screwdriver and went underneath the front of the bumper. Took about 10mins.

Cut my nuckles up a little. But if did it again I still wouldn't remove the bumper. It's really easy. And the look great!
