Default Where to find Authentic FairladyZ emblem?

I read upon the yellowing of the emblem that courtesy sells and im trying to stray away from that. Anyone know where i can purchase a legit FairladyZ emblem due to the lack of supply.

mynismo.com? A lot of Nissan dealerships haves them in the parts section here, so maybe call your local dealer?

how can you tell if it's authentic or not. I purchased one not too long ago and haven't put on yet because the emblem feels very "cheap" to touch. it doesn't feel or look like the oem 350z badge. Feels like a cheap plastic. I tried scratching the surface of it with my naill with lots of pressure to see if it would chip and didn't yet something about tells me it's a knock off.

are they supposed to be made from the same material?? It also doesn't look shiny looks dull compared to the oem badge.

any feedback would be nice.

mine had a blue template with a red cover for the tape. It's also got a clear plastic to protect the actual letters. Last but not least it has a Nissan Part Number: 84895-CD400.

Hope that helps.

that's how mine came as well...blue foam with the letters in it with the red tape on the back of emblem..hmm..maybe i don't have a cheap one..but other members here are claiming Courtesy Nissan is reselling cheap plastic ones like the one my emblem feels like..

question..does your emblem look and feel like the OEM 350z badge??

i didn't really "feel" them too much, but felt solid like the 350z emblem that I took off. and yes, it has the same satin finish as the USDM OEM badge (technically they're both "OEM").

From what i've read, only some of Courtesy Nissan's Fairlady badges are cheap plastic ones...Did yours come with a plastic sleeve with the part number on it?

Hello,

We only sell the Satin finish emblem. I don't think the OEM emblem comes in chrome?!
